I believe the hardest part about losing weight is not knowing if what you’re doing is making a difference. Results take time and I have little patience. It’s difficult to wait for results. But I know I have to keep pushing and trust that what I’m doing is making a difference. Because the only way you will reach your goal is if you believe in yourself.
